PAS NW Ltd Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Lee Jones as Safety, Health & Environment Director

PAS NW Ltd has further strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Lee Jones as Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Director.

Lee joins PAS from Miller Homes, where he spent over 14 years overseeing three regional areas as Divisional SHE Director, driving industry-leading health, safety, and environmental standards.

His arrival is seen as a significant coup for PAS’s civil engineering business, coming at a time of continued organic and sustainable growth. The company is actively delivering groundworks projects across 15+ sites and gearing up for a busy spring and summer period.

Lee’s appointment follows a series of high-profile leadership additions at PAS, including Dave Andrews (former M&J Evans leader) and Eddie Booth (ex Matthews & Leigh Commercial Director), reinforcing PAS’s commitment to operational excellence.

During his tenure at Miller Homes, Lee was instrumental in creating one of the company’s highest-performing divisions, introducing innovative reporting mechanisms and championing a strong, proactive safety culture.

At PAS, Lee will focus on building upon the company’s recent momentum, ensuring that SHE standards remain at the core of operations while introducing fresh ideas and new approaches to safety management.

Speaking about his new role, Lee Jones said:

"For me, safety isn’t just about policies and procedures — it’s about promoting a culture where everyone is accountable and committed to maintaining the highest standards. PAS is a business that has evolved significantly over the past 6–12 months, and it’s clear the company is in great shape. I’m excited to get started, refine our approach, and be part of key pre commencement meetings that will set the tone for the future."

PAS NW Managing Director, Fraser Linaker, added:

"We’re building something special at PAS, and strengthening our leadership team with industry experts like Lee is crucial to that vision. His knowledge, experience, and innovative thinking will be instrumental in helping us grow safely, sustainably, and strategically."

With an expanding project portfolio and a leadership team deeply committed to best-in-class safety practices, PAS continues its upward trajectory, positioning itself as a major force in the North West’s civil engineering and infrastructure sector.
