PAS NW Ltd is proud to confirm its appointment as civil engineering delivery partner on Miller Homes’ new Thorley Glade development in Timperley, Trafford.This new scheme will see the creation of 76 high-quality homes off Thorley Lane and PAS will be first on site to kick the scheme off.

PAS will deliver a full suite of groundworks, Section 278 works and infrastructure services on-site, continuing a strong partnership with Miller Homes following successful collaborations across the North West — including the recent project at Coppull, Lancashire.

In addition to the above, PAS has secured extra off-site 278 works which includes a new zebra crossing on Wood Lane and a signal-controlled crossing on Thorley Lane.

This latest appointment comes as PAS continues to refine and scale its operations across the North West.

The company is currently in the process of strategically exiting legacy projects as it refocuses resources on larger, more aligned developments — and this link-up with Miller Homes marks the first major announcement in a series of significant updates expected this quarter.

Reflecting on the ongoing investment, growth, and a clear direction for the business moving forward, Linaker said the company was in ‘prime position’ to hit company objectives.

The development features a mix of two- to five-bedroom homes, bringing much-needed housing to the area along with open space and landscaping for the new community.

The Timperley scheme, unanimously approved by Trafford Council, adds to PAS’s growing pipeline of civil engineering schemes, with the company active on more than a dozen live developments across the North West and North Wales.
