PAS is making strong progress on its latest project at Peel Hall Garden Village, Warrington, with the first parcel of homes advancing at pace and quality being recognised at the highest level.

Since breaking ground on 15 July, the PAS team has already laid the foundations for 170 plots across parcels D, E and F — all scheduled to be in the ground by the end of September.

In addition, NHBC inspectors have awarded PAS a large percentage of the maximum '6' score on the foundations inspected to date across all common categories, underlining the quality of workmanship being delivered on site.

The development, being delivered in partnership with Vistry Group and Torus, will provide much-needed housing and community infrastructure for Warrington, and Peel Hall represents one of the region’s most significant residential schemes.
